Introducing our Gingerbread Castle! This has been a fun family project – starting with some sketches, deciding on the size, make the templates and bring it to life. 

We practiced our sketches during family art time. My talented husband finalized the idea and made a prototype out of stock paper with the kids. Made the dough, put the pieces together for the kids who did the decorating with very little help with the icing for glue. We love this castle – it’s fun, it’s cute and mainly because we did it together!
